Knights Slash Seminoles!

Two days of rest may not have been enough to heal all of the Knights' pains, and it darn well wasn't enough to cool down the Knights' bats. Continuing with the offensive onslaught that began against the Orioles with an 11-1 victory and continued throughout Chicago where the Knights took the Mid-Summer Classic out scoring their opponents 118-33, the Knights mercied the PAL Seminoles 14-1.

Before the game it may have seemed as thought the Knights weren't ready, John Bosch arrived 2 minutes before game time to give the Knights 9 players, but once the game started it was obvious that only 9 Knights were needed. Joe Lankford pitched for the second time against the Seminoles giving up 1 run on 4 hits while helping his own cause going 3 for 4 with a double, a run scored and an RBI. John Bosch and Hector Rolon continued with their own hot streaks going 3 for 4 with 2 homeruns and 5 RBIs and 2 for 3 with 2 RBIs, 2 doubles and a walk. And finally manager/utility player (rightfield for this game...sorry about that Misch) Paxton Provitera broke his hitless streak with a double in the gap, thanks to the new bat won by John Bosch out in Chicago.

Knights Knotes:
* Uniforms are in and helmets are coming so ALL MONEY is DUE!!

* Pat Conway and Jose McKnight are making their way home via Michigan so the only thing to keep us "entertained" on the bench is our good friend Swank!
