Game 1, Eric pulls on his pants, draws a walk, Dan singles and Bosch Mashes a 3 run homer. The next few innings were quiet with both starting pitchers hold off the offensive onslaught that was coming. The patient Giants' bats waited out the Knights pitchers and then took advantage scoring 4, 5, and 5 runs in the 4th, 5th and 6th innings, but the Knights had a few hits in them also. The top of the 7th, down 15-6 with 1 out the Knights went on the score 6 runs off John Bosch's third homer of the game and Eric Cox's first homer of the season, both were 3 run shots. Unfortunately that was it for the Knights when the final out was recorded with men on second and third.
Game 2 was Dan O'Shea's redemption. After going 5-0 last year, Dan has had a rough start going 1-3 while facing the Giants 3 times. Well today Dan had his stuff and the Giants were his to toy with. Three unearned runs on 8 hits were all the Giants had left after scoring 15 in the first game. The Knights on the other hand came out swinging and scored 6 runs in the first 2 innings and 2 more in the fourth to take their first game from the Giants.
* Will everyone PLEASE arrive at a minimum of 30 minutes before gametime!!! I'm going GREY!!!
